College Application Steps: 

In Personal Statement, we see the students in the film participate in this very same workshop during a Youth Leader training with College Access: Research & Action (CARA). The workshop provides an overview of the various steps of the college process and introduces a range of college vocabulary to students.We have found it to be very powerful to engage students to participate in this workshop soon after they have seen the film.
